What types of premises do you clean?
Retail shops and showrooms, F&B front-of-house and dining areas, gyms and fitness studios, medical and dental clinics, schools and childcare centres, warehouses and light industrial units, and building common areas for MCSTs and managing agents.
Can you clean outside our operating hours?
Yes. We schedule most commercial cleaning before opening or after closing so it never interferes with customers. Early-morning, late-night and weekend slots are all available.
Do you take on MCST / conservancy contracts?
Yes. We service building common areas including lobbies, corridors, staircases, lift cars, refuse areas and driveways, with documented schedules and supervisor inspection reports for the managing agent.
Are your cleaners trained and legally employed?
All our cleaners are trained under the WSQ framework, legally employed with CPF and work injury insurance, and paid according to the Progressive Wage Model, a licensing requirement we treat as a baseline, not a ceiling.
