When should a workplace be disinfected?
On a schedule for high-traffic or vulnerable-population premises (clinics, childcare centres, gyms), and reactively after a confirmed infectious illness case among staff or visitors, for example flu clusters or HFMD in childcare settings. Reactive jobs are prioritised and can usually be done within 24 hours.
What disinfectants do you use?
We use disinfectants effective against common viruses and bacteria, applied per manufacturer dilution and dwell-time instructions, and aligned with NEA’s guidance on environmental cleaning and disinfection. Product details and safety data sheets are available on request for your records.
Is misting or wiping better?
They do different jobs. Wiping with disinfectant is the workhorse for high-touch surfaces: it physically removes soil and applies disinfectant where it matters. Misting helps cover large or hard-to-reach areas quickly. We typically combine both: thorough wipe-down of touchpoints plus misting of the general space.
How soon can we use the space afterwards?
For most treatments the space is safe to re-enter within an hour once surfaces are dry and the area is ventilated. We schedule around your operations; evening and weekend slots are available so there is zero downtime.
